- Any pending invoices or dues up to the date of cancellation must be cleared by the client.
2. Refund Policy
- All payments made to We Do Digital Marketing are final and non-refundable.
- We do not provide refunds for:
- Partially used service periods
- Campaigns or projects already initiated
- Setup fees, consultation fees, or one-time payments
- Since our services involve time, strategy, and resource allocation, refunds are not applicable under any circumstances.
3. Service Credits (If Applicable)
- In cases where a service cannot be delivered due to internal issues on our side, we may, at our sole discretion, provide service credits that can be applied to future services.
- Service credits are non-transferable and must be used within 3 months.
